Why ESG is Important for Your Business

2019 was the year responsible investment went mainstream. Environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) criteria are of increasing importance to businesses, their investors, and other stakeholders. Having appropriate ESG policies in place is no longer just about doing the right thing. It is also financially beneficial. A focus on ESG can help a business manage the impact its operations have on customers, employees, and wider society. Those that don’t embrace this shift to responsible capitalism run the risk of falling behind their competitors as they fail to drive meaningful change.

Sylvia Pfeifer, FT Leader Writer and Editorial Director of the Women in Business Forum was joined by industry experts to discuss the importance of adopting strong ESG policies, and how this will benefit your business.
