THE POWER OF NETWORKS: DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP WISDOM

Networks help to build your career and life. A diverse network both expands your opportunities and broadens your exposure to different perspectives. An effective network contains both strong and weak ties. It features people who care about you and what happens to you, as well as connecting you with people who can open doors or help you to reflect on the experiences you are having and the choices they create for your future.

Join Sally Dellow of Dramatic Difference. Author, actor, executive coach and facilitator specialising in executive presence, inclusive leadership and high-performing teams, Sally will present an interactive workshop that will teach you how to define your network needs, how to feed your network—and, just as importantly, how to stop it from growing out of control.
